Plating, shaking and growing
Thx to Mary I got some of her genetically modified yeasts (Made in USA), which act as estrogen bioreporters. Hmmm... i got some sterile tubes, special synthetic media -Trp, but the plate looks kinda infected, let's see how selectiv that media really is.
Setting up my lab bench on the balcony of RandeLab and fixing my old incubator. Yes there is also a coconut!
Maybe there are still some clean areas, but these mold spores usually are hard to get rid of

shake it shake it! grow grow grow your yeasts... lallalalallaaa
Five days laters... havent really had enough electricity left to keep the heating going, but some shaking in between. seems my plates mostly grew the molds. but let's hope there is still a more selective condition in the liquid media. adding some sugars now...
