Low-Pass filter amp for slow pulse, EKG, action potentials etc

This op-amp circuit is mainly a Low-pass filter and a DC block and can be used to amplify pulse with an LED and LDR or even measuring the heartbeat with electrodes. It can be attached to the arduino.
