BOM
- n-FET transistor
- some npn transistor
- 2.2 kOhm resistor
- a few small resistors 10 Ohm
- lasers!

Where to find them
Go to your favorite dumpster in the neighbor hood and start hacking some of that old electronics trash. Old DVD drives are a good place to start.
