BOM

  • n-FET transistor
  • some npn transistor
  • 2.2 kOhm resistor
  • a few small resistors 10 Ohm
  • lasers!

...and why?

What is a LASER?

"LASER is an alien technology" - anonymous 2019

But what does it mean?

The acronym laser stands for "light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation."

Where to find them

Go to your favorite dumpster in the neighbor hood and start hacking some of that old electronics trash. Old DVD drives are a good place to start.

but why? why not LEDs?

Of course you can use this constant current source also to power our High Power LEDs!
