Sachiko explained the process for culturing E.coli. We started out with making a glycerol stock.

  • Luria Broth
    1. LB + test tubes + E.coli + Antibiotics
    2. test tubes + E.coli
    3. test tubes
  • LB + agar - cool down
  • 1:1::Glycerol:Bacteria for backup reserves in -80 freezer
