D.I.Y. White Wine - Day One
- Mash 2kg of green grapes with 400gm sugar, and then add 6L water.
- Boil the mixture. (the skins will float on the surface. Let it simmer for 15 minutes after boiling.
- Prepare a fermenter by sanitizing it.
- Mix 10gm of yeast in luke warm water. Let it sit for a few minutes before adding the yeast water with the boiled mixture into the fermenter.
- Seal the fermenter shut, with a small outlet for a tube. Insert one end of the tube in the fermenter(do not let it dip into the mixture), and make sure there isn't any air room around the tube.
