Preparation of AgNWs solutions

The wet slurry AgNWs in diameter <100nm, length >30nm purchased from Taobao supplier was mixed in Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solution at concentration of 0.066 mg mL−1 and sonicated for a further 30 min before use. The dispersion of AgNWs was then spin-coated (500 rpm for 20 s) onto the glass and heated on a hot plate at 60 °C for 5 min to remove any remaining organic solvent.

Material lists

  1. Polyvinyl butyral (PVB) powders 100g
  2. Dimethylformamide (DMF) 1L
  3. Hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) 15g
  4. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) 1L
  5. AgNWs 1g
